A detailed audit trail from an electronic signature transaction (including details like the time and date of each signing activity) can give analytics that even plain paper transactions can’t provide.
WPESignature generates a detailed audit report with irrefutable analytics for each signed transaction:
- The signer’s identity
- The signers ip address
- The signer’s digital fingerprint
- The unique document ID#
- The unique audit signature ID#
- The validity of the signing process
- The accurate UTC time at signing
- The authenticity of the document
