How to Set Up Sprout Invoices and WP E-Signature

The Digital Signature Add-on for Sprout Invoices integrates with WP E-Signature so customers can sign a legally binding electronic agreement before paying an invoice or approving an estimate.

The integration requires:

• A WP E-Signature Elite or Lifetime license
• A Sprout Invoices Business+ license or higher.

You can apply a single agreement to every invoice (Global Agreement) or assign a different agreement to each invoice (Individual Agreement).

Global Agreement

1. Create a stand alone document and assign it to its own WP page.
2. Visit Sprout Invoices > Integrations, and find E-Signature
3. Select your stand alone document from the dropdown and save

Individual Agreement

1. Create a stand alone document and assign it to its own page.
2. When adding an Invoice, select the document in the Information section.
