WP E-Signature Document Activity Notifications add-on

This powerful add-on notifies the document sender via email each time any document is viewed from an email invitation.

To use this add-on, visit E-Signature > Add-ons > find Document Activity Notifications > Enable.

Next…nothing! You’re already done! Every time a document is viewed from an invitation email, you will receive an email like the one below.

If you want to disable all "viewed" document emails, simply visit E-Signature > Add-ons > find Document Activity Notifications > Disable.

Note: If you want to receive these emails before the document has been signed and stop receiving these emails after it has been signed, check the “After the document is signed, STOP sending me emails when it is viewed” setting in your document’s options.
