WP E-Signature Document Activity Notifications add-on
This powerful add-on notifies the document sender via email each time any document is viewed from an email invitation.
If you’re on version 1.9.4.1 or earlier, we recommend updating to the latest version. If updating isn’t possible right now, you can find alternative instructions at the bottom section of this page.
To use this add-on, visit E-Signature > Add-ons, find Document Activity Notifications > Activate.
Next…nothing! You’re already done! Every time a document is viewed from an invitation email, you will receive an email like the one below.
If you want to disable all "viewed" document emails, simply visit E-Signature > Add-ons, find Document Activity Notifications > Deactivate.
Pro tip: If you want to receive these emails before the document has been signed and stop receiving these emails after it has been signed, select "Notify me when a signature is added", and then select “After the document is signed, STOP sending me emails when it is viewed” in the document settings.
