What happens to a signed document?

Once an eSignature document has been digitally signed, the document contents are encrypted and stored in your database. You can read more about the security of documents here.

There are a few different ways to access signed documents:

1. The eSignature Dashboard lets you download signed documents directly from your Signed folder.

2. All parties involved receive an email with a link to the signed PDF that they can review and save for their records.

3. The Attach PDF to Email add-on automatically attaches a PDF of the document to the confirmation email.  (Plus or Elite license)

4. The Dropbox Sync Add-on automatically syncs signed PDFs to a Dropbox account. (Plus or Elite license)
